excellent stay and very helpful staff
perfect location helpful staff early check-in
i found the location to be perfect for my needs. the staff was amazingly helpful. josh deserves special recognition as he allowed me to check in early. the proximity to public transport and good restaurants was very convenient. i would likely stay again.
I noticed a slight stain on the mattress protector. the manager addressed it promptly.

Check-in was efficient. The apartment featured a full kitchen with good appliances. A washing machine and dryer were available. Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay.

spacious suite equipped kitchen harbour view modern decor
the suite was very spacious. the kitchen was well equipped. the darling harbour view from our apartment was lovely (especially at night). the decor was modern and stylish.
i noticed a very slight delay during check-in.

i had a two-bedroom suite, and it was larger than i expected. the easy walk to darling harbour and qvb was convenient. the staff were friendly and kept the suite clean .

The kitchen included adequate facilities if you want to self-cater. there are many cafe and restaurant options nearby. darling harbour has several restaurants available within a short walk. It is very convenient.

Check-in was easy and the reception was well-staffed. the staff always promptly responded to my questions. i found the staff i encountered to be helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service.

quiet room airport commute practical cupboard
The suite had a washing machine and a dryer tucked away in a cupboard. Blackout blinds made the room very dark and quiet. I found an easy commute from the airport using the T8 train.
The air conditioning was not working at its best because of a dust-covered filter.
